REpower to become an SE company

REpower Systems AG is in the process of transforming into a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE).

The wind turbine manufacturer’s domicile and headquarters will remain in Hamburg, Germany.

REpower says the change in legal form from an AG to an SE “reflects REpower’s European and international outlook.”
