Wind farm training courses in Turkey

More training courses for wind farm installation will be offered throughout Turkey due to high demand, GL Garrad Hassan says.

Wind Farm Design and Introduction to GH WindFarmer courses will be conducted in Istanbul 28 and 29 September. A course on Financing Your Wind Farm will take place on 14 October.

Wind Farm Design is a one day course providing a detailed overview of the wind farm design process. It focuses issues such as wind flow, turbulence, wake effects, optimised energy production, and the use of sophisticated software tools.

Introduction to GH WindFarmer is a one day course which provides an understanding of the software; its functionality, main calculation abilities, and usability. It builds on the concepts learnt in the Wind Farm Design course, taking the methodologies discussed and applying them.

Financing Your Wind Farm is a one day course for professionals wanting to learn more about project finance technical due diligence within the wind industry.
