Renewable Energy Focus magazine is published by Elsevier which is part of the Reed-Elsevier group. The Dow Jones Sustainability Index has classified Reed-Elsevier as a Sustainability Leader, citing a score 'above the industry average with a good performance in environmental performance and reporting'. Environmental best practice extends to all parts of our organisation right down to its individual publications. None more so than Renewable Energy Focus. Being an international renewable energy magazine dedicated to promoting the important benefits of green energy, we are particularly mindful of the impact the publishing industry has on the world’s natural resources and energy consumption.

Whilst it might be impossible to be completely energy neutral, Renewable Energy Focus magazine takes a proactive stance on reducing its impact on the environment. Towards this end:

• we have introduced the digital edition to increase our circulation without increasing our demands on the environment
• the print magazine is printed on paper from renewable forest resources using ECF pulp (ECF pulp is pulp bleached without using elemental chlorine)
